I would say that just about any WordPress site could use a contact us page. Especially since one would prevent robots from scraping your email your email address.

In addition to that, the contact form that I installed is 100% free and 100% working 🙂 I know so because I tested the form right after installing it. Now if that isn’t cool enough already, you can even add multiple email recipients to the form, a math or Q&A Captcha as well as additional form fields.
